12 Months warranty
All of our plates come with a 12-month warranty. This covers you for ‘tunneling’ where the reflective part of the number plate gets water behind and separates from the acrylic. Our warranty policy also covers you for any de-lamination of the letters. For any other warranty queries please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Free delivery
We offer free tracked delivery via Royal Mail for all orders over £25 which can be selected at the checkout. Options for delivery are displayed at checkout so you can select the option which suits you best.

Premium quality products
We make every attempt to produce perfect plates every time, and we have a quality control procedure which means every number plate is inspected before dispatch. However, it is worth bearing in mind that the product you are receiving is a handmade custom product so in very rare cases, a slight imperfection may be present.
Are you DVLA registered?
Yes, we follow the standards by the DVLA guidelines to ensure all our designs and plates styles are 100% road legal.
How long do orders take to be processed and delivered?
Orders can take anywhere from 1 to 3 business days to be processed. This is due to the high number of orders received, as well as our team having ample time to ensure high-quality number plates are produced and shipped.
Will my plates come with pre-drilled holes?
No, we provide high-quality adhesive sticky pads (at an additional cost) which are as convenient as drilling holes.
How does your cancellation refund policy work?
Orders can be canceled if we are notified as soon as an order has been placed. If you contact us after a delayed time frame, we may be unable to carry out your request as we like to ship products as soon as possible. Refunds can only be made if your product has arrived in damaged condition due to the courier or if there has been a mistake.
Do i have to show you my documents to order number plates?
ORIGINAL ID & PROOF OF ENTITLEMENT are required before we are able to process your order. We will need 1 x proof of identity and 1 x proof of entitlement. Please also note failure to provide these documents will result in a delay to your order.
The following original documents are required before we can process your payment or Order
- One Proof Of ID confirming the purchasers address
- One Proof Of Entitlement to prove you can use the registration
Plates are made to comply with DVLA INF104. The following document originals are required prior to payment & dispatch.

The only documents we are able to accept are as follows:
Documents to show entitlement to the registration number. Any ONE required
The Vehicle Registration Certificate (V5C)
The New keeper’s details section (V5C/2) of the V5C
A Certificate of Entitlement (V750)
A Retention Document (V778)
A reminder to get vehicle tax or make a Statutory Off-Road Notification (SORN) (V11) or (V11(NI))
A Temporary Registration Certificate (V379)
A Number Plate Authorisation Certificate (V948/EV948) with an official DVLA stamp
A letter of authorisation from a fleet operator, lease company or hire company (the letter must quote the document reference number from the V5C, not the vehicle identification number.)
Documents to confirm your name and address. Any ONE required.
A driving licence, with or without a photo (Does not have to be issued in the UK)
An electricity, gas, water or landline phone bill, council tax bill or Northern Ireland rates bill issued within the last six months
A bank or building society statement issued within the last six months
A national identity card issued by the government of a state or territory other than the United Kingdom.
